For over 40 years, we have built more than just a distribution network; we have cultivated an ecosystem of deep-rooted partnerships and a self-operated retail backbone. This is the actual source of our competitive edge.
We have an extensive omni-channel sales and distribution network with high penetration in both offline and online channels. Through our omni-channel network, we established a wide coverage of POSs in China (including Hong Kong and Macau). Our sales and distribution network generally consists of direct sales channels, retailer channels and distribution channels. We sell branded products to distributors, retailers and consumers through this sales and distribution network to optimize its coverage.
As of March 31, 2025,our products were sold at more than 100 offline POSs operated directly by ourselves and more than 8,000 POSs operated by our retailer customers in over 400 cities in China (including Hong Kong and Macau). As of the same date, we also sold products to offline distributors, which may resell these products to other offline retailers. In addition, as of March 31, 2025, we operated five offline Perfume Box stores, which were located in Shanghai, Kunming, Shenzhen and Foshan. Perfume Box is our self-operated retailer brand that covers both online stores and offline sales channels.
More than a store, Perfume Box (Self Operating Store of Eternal) is a destination for discovery. We are building a signature retail experience where fragrance becomes a personal canvas. Here, artistic minds and young creators can explore scents that match their unique aesthetic and voice. For those beginning their fragrance journey, we provide a welcoming space to learn, experiment, and find their signature scent.
